“Pathom-Ocha” has started operating since 1953 by Mr. Niwat Roongrakthai and is guaranteed in taste in 1969 by Shell Chuan Chim which is one of the most famous Thai tasters. The food quality of the restaurant can also be proven by its name because the word “Ocha” means “delicious”, and “Pathom” was used as the founder was born in Nakhon Pathom province, where it is famous in cooking duck menus.
Its duck noodle is cooked in Chinese style: stewed-duck in red gravy sauce. The tasteful red gravy sauce is cooked from unique and special recipe of the restaurant. Thai duck is chosen to be a main part of the menu. Crispy pork, which is cooked by frying streaky pork marinated with many seasonings, is also added to Tom-Yum noodle with or without soup for a new taste.
