- *เฉพาะ 11–15 เม.ย. 69 เปิดให้บริการ 11.00 – 22.00 น.
เงื่อนไขการเข้าใช้บริการ
1. เล่นฟรี! สำหรับสมาชิก Kid’s Club และ T21 Reward (ลงทะเบียนที่สะพาน ชั้น 2 / จำกัด 1 สิทธิ์ต่อสมาชิกต่อวัน)
2. สายรัดข้อมือเป็นสิทธิ์เฉพาะบุคคล ต้องลงทะเบียนรับด้วยตัวเอง
ไม่สามารถโอนเปลี่ยนสิทธิ์ได้ และหากชำรุดจะไม่สามารถออกใหม่ได้
3. กรุณาแสดงสายรัดข้อมือแก่เจ้าหน้าที่ก่อนเข้าใช้บริการ
4. สามารถออกนอกพื้นที่ชั่วคราวและกลับเข้ามาได้ภายในวันเดียวกัน โดยต้องสวมสายรัดข้อมือไว้
5. กรุณาแต่งกายให้เหมาะสม เช่น เสื้อยืด กางเกงขาสั้น หรือชุดว่ายน้ำสุภาพ
ไม่อนุญาตให้สวมชุดชั้นในเล่นน้ำ หากใส่ชุดว่ายน้ำแบบทูพีซต้องสวมเสื้อทับ
6. ห้ามใส่เครื่องประดับที่อาจก่ออันตรายหรือทำให้เครื่องเล่นเสียหาย
7. สามารถเติมน้ำปืนฉีดน้ำ/ถังน้ำได้เฉพาะจุดที่จัดเตรียมไว้เท่านั้น
ห้ามเติมน้ำในจุดอื่นหรือในห้องน้ำของศูนย์การค้า
8. ห้ามเล่นแป้งทุกชนิด
9. มีห้องอาบน้ำ/เปลี่ยนเสื้อผ้าให้บริการ ลูกค้าต้องเตรียมอุปกรณ์ส่วนตัวมาเอง
ข้อกำหนดด้านความปลอดภัย
1. ผู้ปกครองต้องดูแลบุตรหลานอย่างใกล้ชิดตลอดเวลา
2. ห้ามแสดงพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงหรือก่อความเสียหาย เช่น กระโดดพุ่ง ปีนรั้ว หรือทำลายทรัพย์สิน
3. โปรดตรวจสอบข้อจำกัดของเครื่องเล่น เช่น น้ำหนัก ส่วนสูง และสุขภาพ
4. เครื่องเล่นบางชนิดมีความลาดชัน ผู้เล่นถือว่ายอมรับความเสี่ยง และต้องปฏิบัติตามคำแนะนำเจ้าหน้าที่
5. หากเกิดอุบัติเหตุหรือทรัพย์สินสูญหายอันเกิดจากความประมาทของผู้เล่นเอง จะไม่สามารถเรียกร้องค่าเสียหายจากศูนย์การค้าได้
การเปลี่ยนแปลงการให้บริการ
ศูนย์การค้าฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ปรับเปลี่ยนเวลาและเงื่อนไขการให้บริการ รวมถึง
- การปิดชั่วคราว
- การเลื่อน/ยกเลิกเครื่องเล่นหรือการแสดง เมื่อเกิดเหตุจำเป็น เช่น สภาพอากาศไม่เอื้ออำนวย

รายละเอียดทั้งหมดเป็นไปตามที่ศูนย์การค้าฯ กำหนด และอาจมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้า

Admission Guidelines
1. Free entry for Kid’s Club and T21 Reward members (Registration at Bridge, 2nd Floor / 1 privilege/member/day)
2. Wristbands are personal and non-transferable. Must be collected in person. Lost or damaged wristbands will not be replaced.
3. Please show your wristband to staff before entering the waterpark.
4. Re-entry on the same day is allowed with the wristband worn at all times.
5. Proper swim attire is required: T-shirt, shorts, or modest swimwear. Underwear is not allowed. Two-piece swimwear must be worn with a cover-up.
6. No jewelry or accessories that may cause injury or damage to equipment.
7. Water refills for water guns/buckets are allowed only at designated refill stations. Refilling in other areas or mall restrooms is prohibited.
8. No powder or chalk of any kind allowed.
9. Shower and changing rooms are available. Please bring your own personal toiletries.
Safety Guidelines
1. Parents/guardians must supervise children at all times.
2. No rough play, jumping, climbing fences, or damaging property.
3. Please check equipment restrictions such as weight, height, and health conditions.
4. Some attractions have slopes or risk elements. By entering, visitors accept all risks and must follow staff instructions.
5. The mall is not responsible for accidents or lost items caused by personal negligence.
Service Adjustments
The mall reserves the right to adjust operations without prior notice, including:
- Temporary closure of the Octa waterpark
- Postponement or cancellation of attractions or shows in case of weather changes or unforeseen circumstances.
